From Osnow
Watch this! It explains alot of how wikis work, and is a primo example of a good screencast.

The two main competitors for the OpenSource screencasting championship are:
- Wink (download)
- CamStudio (download)
So far I have used Wink for two projects. One with sound and one without. No sound worked like a champ. But with sound bogged down my 1G RAM, 1.8GHz Centrino Pentium Mobile Compaq laptop.
Also Wink has an editor but I haven't figured out how to reconcile sound and images when editing. Lastly my 4 minute movie with sound came out at 26MB in SWF. I will be trying the same project in Camstudio next.
